• Book  a consultation for any of my services;

• Join my mailing list;

• Submit a query using the integrated contact form;

• Request an invoice;

• Pay for my services;

Where do I store your data?

Intentionally Written is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with an online platform that allows me to sell my services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Wix can store your data in several locations. Your personal information may be stored in data centres located in the United States of America, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan, or Israel. They may use other jurisdictions as necessary for the proper delivery of the services and/or as may be required by law.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by my company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by my website and its service providers.

 

How long do I keep your information?

My company will not retain personal data for longer than required to complete a job request; unless you have joined the mailing list, in which case basic contact details will be held for sending periodic newsletters. I keep this information until I no longer have a valid reason to keep it, or until you request it be deleted.

 

Do I share your information?

My company takes your privacy very seriously and does not engage in the selling of your personal information. However, your personal data may be transferred ONLY in the following instances:

 

1. Transfer between devices: Your personal contact information will be transferred between communication platforms on my computer and phone devices only to allow for contact during consultations via WhatsApp, Skype, or Zoom. This data will not be used for any other purpose and every effort will be taken to protect it.

2. Transfer to third-party service providers: The Company partners with a few service providers (mainly Ascend) whose services facilitate and enhance the functionality of this website in areas such as automated messaging and invoicing. Note that while my services may contain links to another third party website, this privacy policy does not apply to such linked third-party websites and services.

3. Transfers to international locations: My website is hosted on the Wix platform which sometimes uses servers and resources in other countries, third parties that detect fraud, process payments, advertising, marketing, customer support, email, website management and IT services for operation as explained in the previous section. The Company takes steps to ensure that such transfers are legal and that personal information is protected according to the relevant EU law.

4. Legislation compliance: Personal information may be shared with law enforcement or agencies of the government as required by law or when necessary to detect, prevent or stop fraud and other illegal activities.
